Info would be appreciated, I saw this truck and this is the only one I have ever seen. Custom made? Or is there some company who sells it?

It's a Pro-Tec tailgate. The bed and tailgate is composite material. Didn't come on very many trucks. Pretty hard to find. Good luck.
