I am wondering where I can find a tranny cooler and deeper oil pan for my 4L60e? I am trying to prolong the tranny for as long as possible ya know.

A larger capacity cast Al pan from the same place.

To be serious there are 2 cooler ports off of the trans that usually are plumbed to the cooler in the radiator and if equiped through the external cooler. You need to add an external cooler or replace the stock one.

I was looking at the one from perma cool twin oil cooler for the motor oil and tranny as well with a 1250 cfm fan on it. Does that seem like a good one to get?

There's no need for an extra fan if you mount it in front of the radiator, plenty of air flow. You also don' t need an extra oil cooler, spend more money and get a bigger plate style ATF cooler and an external filter instead.

The bigger the better right? So I don't need a dual one just a big single for the tranny? Where can I find an external filter?
