So it looks like these rims/tires are going to need some spacers up front to eliminate rubbing completely but it looks like they're going to work....

now the bigger question, which truck?

The way i have those sitting there makes it look like they aren't gonna fit in the fronts... i've ran 31" tires on both of these before without rubbing... the only difference this time is the width of the rim & tire

Yeah worst case scenario i have to add some wheel spacers to get them away from the truck, but i mocked up my 285/75/16's before i got these tires and thats the only place they're going to rub.

Obviously you aren't understanding where the rubbing is going to take place.... but it's okay, i'll pass on returning the insult.

If the wheels are rubbing on the fenders or bumpers when they are turned then spacers would not help, but if the wheels are rubbing on the sway bar & frame of the truck then spacing them away from the frame would eliminate the issue moving the rim farther away from the frame... unless that causes rubbing elsewhere on bumpers, fender wells, etc. then that would fix the problem...

I understand that spacing the wheels out essentially transfers the rubbing elsewhere in a sense from the frame to the fender wells, but the fender wells are able to clear them with spacers, i'll just drop it until i put them.

Thanks for the.... Help? ha.

Same logic still applies. If you add spacers you will still rub, just in a different spot. You'll be trimming on either truck you put them on.
