Looks like the shackle bolt will swing very close to the hitch bolts in the side of the frame? I'm assuming nothing to worry about here but I noticed it when I was poking my head under there. These new trucks are too friggin high so I'm going to drop the ass a little and see if I like it more.

did you do a 1 or 2 inch drop that's next on my list and any pics would be great too

2" will only drop 1-1.5". 3 will drop about 2". I had the DJM 2 or 3 that I put on the 3" setting.

I went to the 1" hole with mine and measured like 15/16 drop. I lifted my horse trailer 3" with new springs mounts and dropping the truck 1" in the rear helped get the tailgate away from the trailer. I didn't want to go 2" because then it will squat like a Ford when I'm pulling the 2-car trailer :insane2:

I used a set of McGaughy's 2" drop shackles on the back of mine. I couldn't deal with my pickup's butt in the air like a cat in heat.
