Did your factory springs have a round plastic sleeve (this is to prevent squeaks) on the bottom coil and if it did did you remove it and slide it on the bottom coil of your new springs?
Are your new coil springs rotated so they are fully in the spring pocket on lower control arm?
Spray some w-d 40 on bottom coil and spring pocket and see if noise goes away you may also get away with applying some grease in the spring pocket if that's where noise is coming from. Hope this helps

if something is rattling you might want to double check what you bolted back together.

we did put the spring isolators back on, and im almost positive they are properly placed in the spring pockets. so the creeking is definately not from them being new then, right? i wanna fix it but i dont want to have to unmount the wheels and everything again.

so if i need to lube/silicone the top and bottom of the springs, then i would have to disassemble everything again, right? dammit i didn't want to ever have to do that again lol

No. Just turn the wheels so you can reach in there and spray a little lube in one area drive the truck if squeek still occurs spray some more on another area and keep doing this until you locate the problem then you can use a thicker grease on that area.
Also double check your spring noise isolators. When I installed mine they slide up the coil spring to far while putting everything back together, So I jacked up the front end (wheels off the ground) and this allowed the lower control arms to drop enough that I could slide them back into the spring pocket. Hope you find your sqeek.

i think i found the prob guys... i just turned the wheel and looked at the passenger side control arms and realized the top of the shock isn't even mounted to the upper control arm, so its just sitting inside the spring loose and only held up from the bottom. theres no bushings or nuts on the top to sercure it. so thats the metal rattle

could this also be why the front right spring is creeking so much?
