You shouldn't have any problems with that setup. It might be close on one side of the back...i didn't have any rubbing issues until I went down to an 8" drop out back

8" drop? :insane: you're static? WTF is your front drop and how'd you get it?

I'm fully bagged now (wheels still work fine with rolling of the rear fender lips by the way)

I got my wheels when i had a 4/6, no rubbing issues at all on a 245/40/20 tire) Then i went to a 4/8 (had to slightly roll one of my rear fenderlips as my axle was slightly shifted to the passengerside). Now i'm bagged all around and couldn't be happier I can drive with my rear almost on the ground without any rubbing on my setup as well.
