WTB tires close to MPLS/St Paul

Hi, I am looking for some take off tires and/or wheels for my 07, I am located in MPLS/St Paul area. I drive over 40000 miles a year, and am looking for cheaper alternative than buying brand new tires. Let me know, have cash. Stock 17's are fine.
