WTT my DX Seido Innocase/Holster+$ for DX Car Dock

I want to trade my Droid X Seido Innocase that comes with the hard surface case and the soft case that goes over it, along with the holster + some money for your Droid X Motorola Car Dock.

My Innocase is practically new and in mint condition.
