2002 Silverado 2wd with a 13"-15" Whiplash kit with 2.5" King coilovers with reservoirs in front and 2.0 14" travel Bilstein 7100s in the rear and a 3" body lift. It has 20"x10" Intro Moreno's on 39.5" Interco TrXus STS's

He's selling that truck.

I'd say 10k+ for everything

well the whiplash is about 3,000 - personally I wouldnt get a whiplash. He also spent thousands on the coilovers though and shocks.

what would be the best but cheapest lift for a '96 silverado.. 6''? 12''?
pick one or the other. Also any 12" lift isnt cheap the 6" lifts are alot cheaper.
