I got some 03-06 Silverado lights to put onto my 03-06 Sierra. Are they supposed to fit right in or do I need to mod something?

Yup... All you need to do is shave a little off the socket (not Taillight) and its a perfect fit... If you google, you can find what wires to tap into for the little corner light...
