Good Morning. My 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd is blowing hot air out of AC vent on passenger side only. The truck has dual climate control slide bar to control AC temp on left side and right side. I replaced the blend door acuator below the glove box area, no change. Driver side gets cold air passenger side gets hot air. I moved the slide bar and noticed the acutaor actually moves on the left for the driver side, but the one on the right for the passenger side slide does not move at all. Any suggestions? Could it be the main control that controls the actual slide temp controls? Many thanks as always.

Have you recently changed your battery or disconnected power? If so, disconnect power again for about 5 minutes. Then when you re-connect start the truck and Do Not touch the AC controls for a couple minutes. They system does a calibration cycle and if you adjust anything during that it causes problems.
