I think he was running a 4" splindle with a 2" coil spacer and 4" blocks on 305's and 16x8s... IIRC
not that it matters but it was a 3" fabtech spindle everything else you said was right.

nice, i should have my setup on in the next couple days, its the same as your old on but with 2" blocks, looks like you were pretty cali in that pic, do you remember your fender measurements?

A true "prerunner" is 2WD, not 4WD...
Technically, anything can be a "prerunner". The term "prerunner" defines any vehicle that preruns or drives the race course before racing. Historically, race teams would prerun the course in a "prerunner" to map out the race course and familiarize their team of the terrain... that way they could fine tune their suspension, swap tire treads, modify their race truck, and provide a good map for the driver and co-pilot.

They can be 4wd or 2wd. In professional racing there are 4wd and 2wd classes, and there are even a few races that mix the two drivetrains. The term "prerunner" is used too loosely these days. I've heard people use the term "prerunner" when pointing out: a lifted 2wd Ranger, a lifted 4x4 Dodge diesel with fiberglass fender flares, sand rails, chase trucks, race trucks, etc.

In Cali, the term "prerunner" is defined by a black Ford Ranger with white bedsides and white front flares, a Pro Comp lift, Fox and Metal Mulisha stickers on the back window, and the driver must wear a flat billed hat.

Sorry I don't. All I remember is that in that pic I was right at 4" higher in the front.

minus the fact that it's a fucking hack job. If they did it right it might have actually looked decent.
