Is that spoiler on your tailgate off of a silverado? It looks cool! I want one haha I have the plain one
It is the Silverado spoiler ya. Check LMC truck, you should be able to get it pretty cheap. Tailgate will already have the holes for it.

Had a buddy at work lathe me a bullet. Broke the stud trying to unscrew the old antenna, so now I have to deal with that. Still need to polish it or paint it, haven't decided what to do yet.

Haha ya. It's only 8" overall. I m worried about my radio reception now because I get absolutely nothing with no antenna right now. Hopefully it's not the same with the bullet out back on once I replace the base.

I have a 6" billet ant. And my reception is fine.

Hopefully that is the case. What do you guys think for finish? I am thinking of painting body color, or polish and clear.

That's all I ever think of when I see those haha. I guess for some people it must be nice to live where that's not a problem.

I know. I wish I didn't have to worry about salt and snow... Luckily I don't drive it on a daily basis so.

Well changed the idler pulley and tensioner today. My tensioner was screwed. Bolt was stripped which is why I couldn't release tension. Bearing on both idler and tensioner were on their way out as well so. Hopefully they will be good for a while again.

Here's a few pics of my tensioner.

Back to the winter tires. Really going to need a new set next year, I think I might go with some Hankook Dynapro ATM on the 17 Sierra stockers. Any thoughts?

These will be for snow only. We got them for my dad's truck two years ago and he loves them. Decent price too. I do like the xtreme AT2s though...
