Is this going to work? Tire size on stock 2000 Chevy Suburban 2500 4x4

I am trying to put new wheels and tires on my suburban. Done a lot of research but cannot find any definite answers, what answers I did find do not mention backspacing at all. I do not want anything to rub and I am not getting a lift. Looking at going with 16X8 rims with 3.65" of backspacing, tires size of 285/75 - 16 . Is this going to work alright?
