upper control arms bottomed out after new wheels and tires

A few months ago I got the 2-3 inch lift kit from Rough Country for my 1996 GMC k1500, it has been great until today. I got some new 20x12 wheels with 33 inch tires and instantly the whole truck was shaking violently and rode like garbage. After further inspection I realized that the Rough Country upper control arms were bottomed out on the bump stops. I tried cranking the torsion keys all the way up, and all the way down, nothing has worked. Is there any way I can solve this problem?

So, you installed the lift kit, installed it, aligned the front end, and, with your original wheels, the truck was driving fine and the suspension was good, and now, you switched to different rims and tires, the truck drives like crap, and you are blaming the suspension?

Most likely, there's some problem with your new tires/rims.

Put on your old tires and see. If it drives fine, that would confirm it.

That sounds highly unlikely, short of something bending/breaking as you installed the new wheels.
Perhaps post some pics of your suspension setup from several different angles.

I know for the GMT800's, what most people refer to as "bump stops" are actually called jounces, and are a designed in part of the suspension, and are partially compressed when the truck is at rest.

Yeah, look at your UCA, it’s already on the droop stop at rest. You have zero down travel, and it really looks like your CV is broken in the second pic.

X2 on the cv axle looks broke. Keep in mind a heavier wheel/tire setup can/will put more stress on the suspension. If the aftermarket parts can't handle the additional weight that will be an issue. I'm not super familiar with aftermarket lift component companies, but I've heard a lot of people say less than stellar things about rough country parts.

CV axles fine. All the OBS iV seen with a level have 90 degree angles like yours. 2 outta 3 07-19s with a level will be laid out on the drop stop just like yours. Not going to make it shake, but 100% going to ride like a covered wagon.

decrank a hair so there not touching and get a little ride quality back.

CV angles are so bad you’d need to decrank 3in to get them straight. Get a diff drop kit to fix that.

You really feel the difference in tires at extreme angles.

I went from invos ($300) to 420s ($150), yea instantly hated that thing. Smallest crack in the road would jerk the steering wheel out my hand. them dog shit tires pointed out a lot of flaws in my suspension I didn’t know existed.
