I'm new to the board and also upgrading my truck. Would this work for my 07 6.0 VMAX?

 

It will work on any intake manifold with 4 bolt throttle body mounting and drive by wire (DBW) connection. So anything with a Gen IV engine it's a direct swap, but you could also make it work on a Gen III engine with a 3 to 4 bolt adapter plate, but only if that Gen III engine had drive by wire, and in some of those cases, you probably need an adapter harness to make them work together like the Dr. X link.

So, in summary, any GM truck engine post 2005 it's possible, and anything post 2007 and it's a direct swap.
