Thanks guys. For now the steps and flaps stay on, I built this truck for my 73 y/o father. Might be adding some Amp steps in the near future. As far as 295/60's I researched and read and could not come up with a definite answer. The 295/55's do not rub at all, the 295/60's are about an inch taller and with the way this truck is set-up they probably would have rubbed some.

What do the 295/55 measure out to on the truck? When i level the ferd im contemplating that size or 295/60

Go with the 295/60 20's man. I have them on my '12 F150, Nitto Trail Grapplers..........looks good and fits my 2wd with very minimal rub.

I haven't trimmed at all, I have a 2.5 level.

This is probably one the best lookin 2014 I've seen yet. Does anyone else think they resemble a bulky looking dodge Dakota (newer models)? I only see it from the side like this one.

On the F150 definetly go with the 295/60's a lot of guys are running that size, amazing what "round" wheelwells do for clearance..lol

For those who asked what the 295/55/20's measure out to, 32.8x11.6 mounted on the stock 20's they are just under 33" tall and measure out to a solid 12".

 

So what's the biggest tire that fits without trimming? I'm looking to get a set of ck375 in 24". I'd like to get the thickest sidewall possible.

2" RC level and 295/55/20's. I didn't know how much room we had on these new trucks so I went the safer route. It can definitely fit a 305/55/20.

One thing is for sure, these new trucks are super quiet on the inside. On my 2011, I heard my Trail Grapps like crazy. My 2014 with the Toyo's is noticeably quieter.

 

Dealership by my house is putting a 2" level and 305/55R20 terra grapps and it clears without trimming..

That looks fuckin perfect!!!! Do u rub on swaybar or Ucas bc the offset if the factory wheels?? Ik those mudgrapps are wide.

Yea that's my new one, no rubbing on anything, I had to do minor trimming on the inside plastic corners but wasn't bad. Stock wheels and 35's mud graps. I used the total performance leveling kit from the 07-13 models, it's a direct fit on strut.

 

(It's like pulling teeth) Are they 20s?

Yea 35x12.50r18. Mud grappler don't really have metric sizes.
