I'm 90% done with mine... have to get another line from the junkyard because just my luck...one of them was stripped. One question I have is if the hydroboost sits flush against the firewall. Mine appears to have some gap, and I can actually see a little daylight through the large circle where the rod for the pedal comes through. Is this ok?

Heres a pic...

No...it's not OK.
Is the pedal connection rod connected?
You may need a thicker plate. Some of the HB units have longer connecting rods.
Did you use the HB pedal or stock pedal?

This is mine. I had to make a 10mm thick plate to take up the slack(being in Oz...too difficult to buy the HB pedal).

Anyone know how to bypass or stop the "Service Brake Booster" warning from popping up everytime you start the truck? I know all you have to do is press the Trip button... but I was thinking there should be a way to make the ECU think the old one is there.

Kinda curious about this too. I know if I did the mod that would piss me right off. I hate when stupid lights like that come one. haha

mine doesn't do it, and i just left the plug hanging there.

So I have the hose that goes from the booster to the gearbox. I need the other two though ( 1 high pressure and 1 low pressure), does anybody know which part numbers those two are??
Thanks

one of these:

15295853 - Hose 72.53
15804952 - Hose 73.06
15295840 - Hose 70.35

I cant help much more than that since I didnt buy this stuff new. For the low pressure, you can use some 3/8ish heater hose. By low pressure, its extremely low pressure, like less than 10psi so anything that can take the heat will suffice.

For electronically adjustable pedals, would the only difference be the brake pedal assembly?
