Oil Pump

I did an oil change on Monday of last week. Today when I was driving home, dash board indicator said to change oil. Has anyone come across this problem? I think, I have to buy a new oil pump or is it something else...?

Or you just do the oil light reset procedure. Turn key to on don't start and press the Gass 6 times. Than start it

It has nothing to do with your oil pump just reset it like mentioned above or disconnect the ground off your battery and reconnect it should reset it.
