I need some new shocks for my truck, I am going with longer shocks as my truck is going to have about 2" of torsion bar cranked. Truck is a 2000 Silverado 1500 4x4. Will have 1.25" rear block & 33/17's with 2" spacers.
I was considering ordering the Rough Country Full Level kit, and installing the keys and shocks, but I already have leveling keys. So not that needed, but the $270 price tag is nice.
What kind of ride/dampening/quality should I expect from Fox 2.0 smooth body shocks(0-1" lift shocks), Bilstein 5100 smooth body shocks(0-1" lift) and the Rough Country N2.0's?
I realize the Rough country will be not as nice as the other two, but how so? and how much better with the Fox/Bilstein's be??
I can Get Bilstein 5100 for $380 shipped, and Foxes for a good price, through a friend that is a vendor.
I dont have a ton of money, so just want to see if the better shocks are going to be worth the extra $$
Thanks
