How do the fuel lines disconnect at the intake? 2000 5.3 motor.

Trying to get the intake off of my 2000 GMC 5.3 - How do the fuel lines disconnect? There is also a small line at the front & center towards the top of the intake with a plastic line going to it that has some kind of clip, How does that come apart?
Is there a way to get these things apart without spending $$$ on some kind of tool that I will use once?

Those lines are under pressure so you have to make sure there is no pressure in the lines before you remove them.

Release pressure by the schrader valve on the fuel rail.
