I have a 2003 GMC Yukon XL 5.3l 4 x 4 SLE with power heated memory seats. I noticed the leather was not on correct on the lower seat and the wires were hanging down. There are issues with the lower seat not tilting up/down and the center lumbar in the lower back not working. However everything else was working. Memory functions, minus the afore mentioned features, and heat in upper and lower worked fine. Passenger seat has no problems. Removed seat to check wiring harness for shorts, chaffs, etc,. Unplugged wiring harness, and rehabbed adding protection around wires of the harness where needed, and re-attached harness in original position. All plugs on wiring harness are keyed, so nothing is plugged in to the wrong connector. Re-installed leather seat the correct way and re-installed seat making sure seat moved freely and no wires were impeding movement. Upon completion everything works as before with the exception of the heated seats, both driver and passenger. Any help is greatly appreciated.

agree with previous poster, check the fuses and resistances. mine had blown fuses - had to get new ones and all (went oem instead of aftermarket and dont regret it, GM Parts - Genuine OEM GM Parts and Accessories Online just enter your vin). ever since then ive been doing alright. maybe you can check the vin of your car there and find some diagrams or exploded assemblies and get more of an idea?

seems like you checked a lot of the wiring so im guessing thats not the issue.
