i think im about to get a 1.5 body and try on some 37s, maybe trim some plastic.

After you have 8 inches of lift. Right??? Please don't run 37's with a leveling kit and 1.5" body lift. If you wanna stuff it then go with 35's, because those 37's are gonna ruin the look of a perfectly good truck. They'll probably rub on your frame, and if they don't they will be close.

What all is new about the 2011 HD trucks as far as front suspension?

I put both bumpers and winch on myself and got the tires put on at Traxx tires off Hwy 90. Steves Off Road did the original leveling kit but i added a Top Gunz Customs .5 inch spacer under the strut after the bumper install

I really like those bumpers. So how do you like steves offroad? I've heard some negative things about one of the men that work there, but it could just be people running there mouths.

they dont seam as wide on "tenminutes'" setup

It's about time they started making a 2.5" level. Their 2" level doesn't level a nnbs.

I think that's the best looking setup you've had so far. Next best would be the stock 20s and 35s.

Switching from RC 2.5" to TGC 2.5" will sit exactly the same...

No they won't. He asked about the Total Performance 2.5". The total performance kit gives somewhere around
3-3.25" of lift.

But with that being said I'm not sure that I'd order a completely new kit just for another 1/2" or so of lift.

Looks like 2-2.5" level with 315/50r20 General grabber tires and probably 20x9 BMF S.O.T.A.

Sounds right. I would imagine 315's require a good amount of trimming?

That mostly depends on the offset of the wheel. General's specs says that tire is 32.4x12.9, so there shouldn't be much trimming with a 0 or positive offset wheel with just a leveling kit.
